The preparation of Agglomerated coffee is from spray dried coffee in which  steam and water are added, which converts to granulated form. The appearance of the coffee is the main attraction for the customers. It can be dissolved easily. 

Agglomeration of coffee powder is carried out in order to modify instant coffee to create particles, that are dark, have controlled bulk density and are of controlled increased size. An aqueous fluid is sprayed on the stream of instant coffee, which is then added into dry instant coffee layer. At low temperature, the mixture of dry and moistened coffee is dried. Screening process is carried out to separate agglomerated particles.

Coffee agglomerated powder has specific moisture content, caffeine, density and floating particles. This coffee has a specific shelf life, which will be specific on the label.
